An Agreement of Sale between Age Agenda and the customer is only valid once payment has been made and Age Agenda receives proof of payment. Up until this point all goods remain the property of Age Agenda. The products sold by Age Agenda are not for resale.

Your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted across networks and adjusted for technical needs. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer.

Products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

The appearance of certain products may appear different to those displayed on the website.

We may exercise the right to limit the sale of our products and reserve the right to exercise this on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products and product pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.

After opening a product we recommend it is placed in an airtight container and used within 60 days or less. Best before / product expiry applies to sealed products only.

Products should be stored in a cool, dry place and remain sealed in the original packaging throughout use. The silica sachet to absorb moisture should be retained with the product until the product is used up. We cannot be held responsible for products that absorb moisture once opened.
