Shipping Policy

Shipping Within South Africa:

Orders under R750 in value will incur a flat rate shipping fee of R75. This is applied automatically at checkout.

Orders of R750 and over are delivered free of charge. This is applied automatically at checkout and no code is required.

These terms apply to all orders within the borders of the Republic of South Africa (RSA).

Shipping Outside South Africa:

At the present time our operations are confined to South Africa. We do not ship to customers outside of South Africa.

Delivery Times:

Orders received and paid for before 10h00, Monday-Friday, will be dispatched on the same day.

Orders received after 10h00 will be dispatched the following working day. Orders received after 10h00 on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.

All orders dispatched via courier on a door-to-door service. For complexes and apartment buildings, please ensure that arrangements are made to receive parcels. Please ensure that you provide a complete delivery address (complex, street, suburb, post code) and mobile number.

Tracking information will be made available to you to help you track your order.

Proof of Delivery:

Successful delivery is considered to be delivery to the address given by the appointed delivery courier. Any dispute of delivery once consigned to a courier by us will be a dispute between you and the courier. We do not have to prove that goods were personally received by you but rather that the courier delivered the goods to the agreed address.
