Refund and Returns Policy

The provision of goods and services by Age Agenda is subject to availability.

Order Cancellation:

An order may be cancelled if the customer has not yet made payment. Once the payment has been made, Age Agenda is unable to cancel the order.

Damaged Product:

If you receive a damaged product, notify Age Agenda via email within one working day. We will either send a replacement at our expense or provide a full refund, subject to clause 4 on Seal Integrity.

Seal Integrity:

Age Agenda does not accept returns if the product seal has been tampered with. The seal on pouches or sachets refers to the heat seal at the top of the pouch or tear strip opening of the pouch. The seal on tubs refers to the plastic sleeve surrounding the tub.

Return and Refund Process:

If you are not entirely satisfied with a product that you received with your order, please contact us via email within 7 days of receipt, specifying the reason for your dissatisfaction. Ideally include a photograph if it helps to explain the problem.

If the product is still sealed (see clause 4), we will provide a return number and address which you must ship the product to in its original sealed state. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified via email confirming receipt of the returned item. We will then inform you of the approval or rejection of your return request based on the following criteria:

Items must be in their original packaging.

Items must remain sealed (refer to clause 4).

Packaging must be undamaged, unsoiled, and show no evidence of tampering.

  • If approved, then your refund will be processed, and an EFT will be made to your nominated bank account.
  • In addition, any discounts or coupons applied to the products purchased will also be taken into account when calculating the final refund amount.

 

Received the Wrong Product:

If you receive an incorrect product, please contact Bulk Sups via email within one working day. We will verify our system for any errors. If there was an error, we will arrange to exchange the incorrect product for the correct one at no additional cost.

Refund not received:

If you have not received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your bank or credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to be processed by them. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us via email.

Sale Items:

Sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular priced items may be refunded.

Exchanges:

Items are replaced only if they are defective or damaged (see clause 5 above). To exchange an item for the same one, please email us.

Shipping Returns:

The responsibility for paying for returning an item lies with you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You may wish to consider using a tracked shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.

The shipping address to which returns should be shipped is as follows:

  • Age Agenda, 101 Acutts Drive, Hillcrest, KZN 3610.

Please note we will not collect from a Post Office, Postnet, Pudo etc. Delivery via courier to our door only.

No international returns.
